ALLOCATED DETAILS REPORT

• • This module is used to check whether products are Allocated, Booked, or Committed across warehouses.

    Filter Options

    You can filter the data by:

    • Product

    • Warehouse(s)

    Availability View

    The system displays the available quantity in the selected warehouses, along with a detailed stock breakdown:

    • Physical: Quantity physically available in the warehouse.

    • Allocated: Quantity scanned or reserved in orders, but not yet packed.

    • Committed: Quantity scanned and packed in an order.

    • Booking: Quantity reserved for an order where stock is insufficient, so it is kept on hold.

    Order-Level Details

    • By clicking the “i” (info) button next to the quantity, you can view the order number and order details where the product is Allocated, Committed, or Booked.

    • By clicking the “i” button next to the order number, you can see all products in that order along with their details.
