ALLOCATED DETAILS REPORT

This module is used to check whether products are Allocated, Booked, or Committed across warehouses. 

 Filter Options 

 You can filter the data by: 

 

 

 Product 

 

 

 Warehouse(s) 

 

 

 Availability View 

 The system displays the available quantity in the selected warehouses, along with a detailed stock breakdown: 

 

 

 Physical : Quantity physically available in the warehouse. 

 

 

 Allocated : Quantity scanned or reserved in orders, but not yet packed. 

 

 

 Committed : Quantity scanned and packed in an order. 

 

 

 Booking : Quantity reserved for an order where stock is insufficient, so it is kept on hold. 

 

 

 Order-Level Details 

 

 

 By clicking the “i” (info) button next to the quantity, you can view the order number and order details where the product is Allocated, Committed, or Booked. 

 

 

 By clicking the “i” button next to the order number , you can see all products in that order along with their details.
