DISTRIBUTION LIVE INVENTORY

This module is used to check the availability of Distribution Inventories across warehouses.

Filter Options

You can filter the data by:

• Warehouse

• Product / Model

• Storage

• Color

Availability View

Next to each product, the system displays detailed stock information, including:

• Live Physical Inventory: Quantity physically available in the warehouse.

• In Transit: Stock shipped from another warehouse but not yet received in the current warehouse.

• Balance Quantity: (Live Physical Inventory + In Transit) – (Allocated + Committed)

  Represents the quantity that is or will be available in the warehouse.

• Ready Stock: (Live Physical Inventory – (Allocated + Committed + Booked))

  Represents the quantity that is immediately available for scanning.

• Allocated: Quantity scanned or reserved in orders, but not yet packed.

• Committed: Quantity scanned and packed in an order.

• Booking: Quantity reserved for an order where stock is insufficient, so it is kept on hold.

Order-Level Details

By clicking on a product, you can view the orders in which that product is Allocated, Committed, or Booked.
